It’s done. After years of work, Betrayed in the Wild is finally complete.
This last month has been filled with several tweaks, but the editing, interior formatting, and cover design are now finalized. It’s been quite the journey to reach this point, so let's quickly look back.
In the span of five years, amidst a whirlwind of life events including a wedding and the arrival of two kids, the book took shape. It underwent over ten revisions, feedback from five beta readers, a developmental edit, and two copy edits.
The cover underwent over twenty iterations as I worked to create something impactful. Eventually, I opted for professional help, leading to the version we have today. But even that wasn't the final stop. After seven printed proofs and numerous adjustments to the cover and interior design, I've reached a place of satisfaction.
